    Hey guys —
Sorry, I’ve been out beyond infinity so it was difficult to beam my comments back. Your recent podcast on The High Cost of Making Movies was interesting for the layperson, but I already know why making movies cost so much… therefore, I’m unable to award you any bonus points for that podcast.

On the other hand, I love your movie preview podcasts, so bonus points to you both for this one. Drew, I give you extra editing points for the audio clips — even without the visuals, that Godzilla trailer is utterly compelling and is one of my must-see movies this summer.

Dan, I’m holding out hope for you on X-Men: Days of Future Past. I think you’ll learn to embrace the mutants. At the very least, learn to embrace Mystique — I know I want to.

I do have a suggestion for you both on how to shorten podcasts: when you come across a crappy movie like Blended, it’s unneccessary to expound upon its crappiness. You can get away with just saying, “This movie looks hideous. So hideous that we’re not even going to play audio clips from it because it’s that hideous. Any further discussion may only seem to reduce its sheer hideousness.”

I’m looking forward to Summer Preview Part 2 — just remember that you MUST cover two things:
    1) Planes: Fire & Rescue looks hideous. Any further discussion may only seem to reduce its sheer hideousness, and
    2) “I need to speak to Caesar!”

Thanks again for a great listen!

Sorry, one other comment I forgot, in regards to X-Men: Days of Future Past. Dan, you admitted you love time travel movies, for which you get bonus points.

This brings up another one of my podcast topic suggestions: Five Best Time-Travel Movies. (Hint: if your list doesn’t include Primer, your list is rendered null.)

Fun show on the Summer movie previews. I’m looking forward to seeing A Million Ways to Die in the West for Guys Weekend in the mountains. Unless Dan makes it feel like Brokeback Mountain weekend.

Also, I was curious how you watch the trailers to evaluate them. Theaters, home entertainment system, or computer?
